Dee was a black girl with corrows in her hair she was in juvie.
She alongside Karen stole Simone's shoes and later killed her self by hanging.
It is found out later in the episode that Karen was supposed to go with her.
We also find out in a group session that her mother was supposed to visit and said so multiple times but never came.
